Miller Race #8

September 29 was Miller Race 8
I only raced the TAG class because my shoulder still hasn't healed 100%.  I finished first in the heats and main event.  I lapped the entire field except two drivers.  It was a pretty uneventful day... Adi doesn't like to nap at the race track because she doesn't want to miss anything!

Happy Half Birthday!

Adi is 6 months old already! (Well she was September 28th but I am just now typing up the update I wrote almost a month ago... oops).  At her 6 month check up at the doctor she was 14 pounds 4 ounces, and 25 1/4"

Adi's 6 month accomplishments include:

• Crawling! 
• Pushes up to a seated position (very impressive to watch)
• Sits alone for long stretches of time
• Plays well with her toys
• Turns pages in a cloth book
• Takes blocks in and out of a box
• Unstacks and sometimes stacks rings on a doughnut stacker toy
• Likes to have conversations with her toys
• "Sings" along when there is music playing
• Finds herself very amusing and will laugh at herself
• Crawls after Ozzy and then tries to lay her head on him
• Loves to play with toys in the tub
• Tries to drink out of cups and bottles
• Tries feeding herself with a spoon
• Sits in her high chair
• Starting to try to pull herself to standing
