Back to yoga! Namaste!


Elephant Yoga
Sunday was my first day back to yoga! It kicked my butt! Well my shoulders and arms really but today's class with Joi definitely kicked my butt and quads! It's only been a couple hours and my legs already burn. I just hope I'm ready for the track on Friday and Saturday!
